7-Year Old Psychologist

This poem demands you to breathe.
Breathe deeply.
The air you just took in
May not be the best you ever took in
But it relaxes you
It is less annoying than
The air you get in a Lay’s packet.
Ohh now you are smiling
If not
Smile now.
Smile as if you got two candies in one wrapper.
Ohh so you know how to breath deeply and smile.
Then you should do it more often.
That’s all.
Who would have thought taking in air and widening your mouth is the first step of happiness
Thanks for being in a session with a 7-year old psychologist.
